Refund & Deposit Policy

We understand that life happens. You may reschedule your booking once, free of charge, with at least 72 hours’ notice. Less than 72 hours may result in a rescheduling fee.

Deposits are non-refundable if a cancellation occurs within 72 hours of your scheduled service. For cancellations made earlier, deposits may be refunded minus a 10% processing fee or credited toward a future service within 60 days.
